RETURNS 

WIG UNITS & BUNDLES

Due to hygienic and health reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our wigs and bundle(weft) hair unless the wig is unworn and unused.

   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS if the item shows signs of being used, cut, colored, combed, washed, bleached, plucked etc.

 All uninstalled and unused (as stated above) merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded  within 7 calendar days (for US Domestic orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. Packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must contact Pure Luxury Salon within 3 days of the invoice date about any issues they may have about the order. 

We inspect ALL merchandise before shipment to ensure quality. Please make sure that you measure your head correctly and pick the correct size cap. Pure Luxury Salon is NOT responsible for lost packages.  

All returned items have a 10% restocking fee.

To process a return, please email orders@pureluxurysalon.com with the reason for your refund request & your order number.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been processed.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, once and item has been ordered it CANNOT be canceled. Please make sure you are completely sure that you are ready to order before purchasing.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes. However Pure Luxury is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Pure Luxury ships orders using USPS Priority Mail. All Wig orders require a mandatory 14 business days processing time and require 2 to 3 business days  for delivery depending on the destination of delivery (domestically). All other orders (excluding bundle hair) are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships. For orders to P.O. BOX and APO addresses we ship U.S.P.S. ONLY. Pure Luxury Salon is not responsible for returning shipping charges. All Digital Downloads are available immediately after purchasing.

For our Bundle Hair processing time is 7-10 business days. All of our bundles are sourced overseas and are thoroughly inspected, washed, and conditioned before shipping to ensure great quality.

 WIG UNITS

All wigs units are made-to-order. Units are hand sewn. All wig units require a mandatory  processing time of 14 business days and require 2 to 3 business days for delivery depending on the shipping option selected and destination of delivery (domestic). **Please note that processing times may change due to large order volumes.**

 

CAP SIZING

Our wig caps come in 3 different sizes. Small, Average, and Large. Please see individual items for cap measurements. To learn how to properly measure your head please visit our Wig Sizing Chart page under the Shop tab.
