When You Visit

Pure Luxury Salon would like your visit to be as relaxing as possible. Please make a note of a few of our policies so that your time spent with us will be a pleasurable experience.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Personal checks are not accepted.



CELL PHONES
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, please silence your cell phone upon entering our building.

CHILDREN
Our goal at Pure Luxury is to maintain a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Having unsupervised children so near to the chemicals, hot irons, and sharp tools that are used throughout the salon puts their safety at risk and creates a high liability.Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because your salon services are reserved for you, we confirm appointments 24 hours in advance. In consideration to our other guests and our technicians, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. After two missed or cancelled appointments, you will be required to pre-pay for any future services.


LATE POLICY​
Guests arriving 10 minutes or later to an appointment without notice may be asked to reschedule.



REFUND POLICY

Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, gift certificates, packages, or retail products. All sales are final.
